Cancellations and Returns

If you have purchased an item and are not happy with it, please email info@kncollection.fi within the last 14 days from receiving the delivery to receive details of how to make a return.

You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition, to the returns address: KN Kati Niemi, Kantokatu 7, 04200 Kerava – Finland

Please note that returning an item will incur additional costs.

All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Upon receipt of the goods we will credit the purchaser with the purchase price. We will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.

Please note we will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return, even if the service is provided by our courier service.

All refunds are processed by Stripe and Klarna. Refunded money will be seen on the customer's bank statement within 5-10 days from processing.

 

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the order / delivery in case;

- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We do not deliver in your area.
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed as the incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.

We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the order less original delivery costs  plus any additional costs that the courier company charged us for returning the goods to us.

The order will not be resent, but the customer will place a new order from the online store.

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the delivery at info@kncollection.fi.
